The Wave Tech Fellowship is shaping the future of tech by providing female students in Switzerland the opportunity to kick-start their tech careers.

This 3-day fellowship comprises three components, totaling five hours per day of collective contact time and unparalleled access to Switzerland’s top tech corporations.

This career primer is offered to female students OR recent female graduates studying in Switzerland and interested in technology product development. The Wave Fellowship curates an immersive experience, which integrates sustainability and AI practices and tools to prepare them to disrupt their industries and drive a new wave of innovation.

Delivered via workshops and mentoring, deep foundational learning and excursions, the fellowship enables a full immersion into the world of tech innovation.

Eligibility Criteria.

Female Student.

You’re a female student enrolled at a Swiss institution of higher learning. Either 3rd year bachelor or graduate student.
Passionate about Technology.

Aspire to pursue a career in technology development and can demonstrate your interest.
Interest in Sustainability.

Curious about the potential of technology to disrupt sustainability challenges.
