About Wave Fellowship

A fellowship designed to open doors into tech.

Wave Fellowship was created to help talented female students and graduates gain clearer pathways into the technology industry through mentorship, exposure, and meaningful industry connections.
The program brings together ambitious students with leaders working across product, engineering, media, innovation, and business. Fellows participate in workshops, collaborative challenges, networking experiences, and conversations designed to make the industry feel more accessible and human.
More than just a professional program, Wave is designed to create confidence, community, and long-term relationships that continue well beyond the fellowship itself.

What Fellows Are Saying

“You cannot design technology for everyone if half the population is not part of shaping it. Thank you Google, SAP, Beekeeper by LumApps and WeBloom, Women in Tech® Switzerland, Hilda N. Liswani and all the inspiring professionals along the way for giving us the space to prove that. Here’s to more seats at more tables!”
Eleni Michelioudaki
“A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at WeBloom and Hilda N. Liswani for creating such an empowering space for women in tech. I also want to express my appreciation to the inspiring panel of industry leaders — Amaly Ellender, Lucia Terrenghi, and Oana Florescu — for sharing your insights, encouragement, and real-world wisdom. Your voices made the evening even more meaningful.”
Ananya Shahi
“This entire fellowship experience was more than just a program — it was a launchpad for personal and professional growth. It reminded me how vital it is to build inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered. The people I met along the way were truly inspiring, and every conversation added depth to the journey.”
